We started as a small interior design firm in downtown Michigan, aiming to help home buyers make do with the new space that they had acquired. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the walls and floor plans and be there with them from the get-go. Currently, we offer house realtor, interior design, and architecture services in order to help our customers find their forever homes as seamlessly and painlessly as possible.
🎓 Eligibility for Degree in Aviation, Hospitality & Travel Management
To apply for this degree program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
✅ Educational Qualification:
Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary / Class 12) or equivalent from a recognized board
Students from any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) are eligible
✅ Minimum Marks:
Generally, a minimum of 45–50% marks in 12th standard
Relaxation may be given for SC/ST or reserved categories (as per institution norms)
✅ Age Limit:
Minimum age: 17 years
Maximum age: 24 years (varies by institute; relaxable in some cases)
✅ Language Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential
Some institutes may conduct an English communication test
